CENTER CITY -- Paving the way for young girls in STEM was the focus of a conference in Center City.
The Agnes Irwin School and the Franklin institute teamed up for the third annual conference.
Participants spent some time walking around the exhibits, talking about ways they can help school aged girls succeed in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
More than 140 people were invited.
They ranged from business leaders to educators and members of the government.
