The Magdala Stone on tour

BROOMALL, Pa. (WPVI) -- A replica of one of the most significant archeological discoveries in the Holy Land is on display at a local synagogue.

This is the Magdala Stone, a reading stand from a historic synagogue in Israel.

It's on display at Beth El-Ner Tamid in Broomall this week.

The original reading stand was discovered inside a synagogue from the first century in the Galilee region in 2009.
