Understanding trademark laws

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Small business and trademark experts were in Wilmington to share their knowledge.

Senator Chris Coons led the discussion Friday.

The panel talked to local business owners to help them better understand trademark laws and what they mean for their enterprises.

Mike Castellano, the Vice President of Government Relations for The Walt Disney Company also took part in today's discussion.

Disney is of course the parent company of 6ABC.
