Men go to great lengths to stage the perfect proposal. Time, money, creativity - all to get the girl to say yes in a special way.

Well, the guy in this story, Peter, hired a team of proposal planners to surprise Marie.

Even though she said YES, it's still being called a fail.

You see, Marie is looking for a job. As part of the proposal plan, Peter stages a FAKE job interview, even spending WEEKS preparing for the faux interview with her!

At the "interview" he rolls "The Story of Us," and she realizes she's about to get engaged.

She's apparently thrilled, but the video is going viral with many calling Peter's ploy a cruel joke for a girl who would no doubt like a fiancee...and a real shot at a job.
