VIDEO: NE Phila. veteran celebrates 100th birthday

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA -- A veteran of World War II celebrated a major milestone a few days early Sunday - his 100th birthday.

They sang the birthday song, and lit 100 candles for Frank Schaible of Northeast Philadelphia.

Schaible - an Action News viewer for as long as he can remember - thanked God for his long life.

He gets to have a second party on Tuesday - his actual birthday, when he'll also receive military citations.
