Weekend Action: Blobfest in Phoenixville, Volta under the big top in Oaks
This weekend, the Blobfest comes to Phoenixville and acrobatics are on display under the big top.

THE BLOB INVADES PHOENIXVILLE

It's the annual Blobfest in Phoenixville. On Friday, fans will recreate that movie's classic scene, when the blob oozes into the Colonial Theatre. Blobfest continues on Saturday with a street fair. Buy tickets to Blobfest

VOLTA UNDER THE BIG TOP IN OAKS

Cirque du Soleil's latest spellbinding production "VOLTA" is in town. It's playing under the Big Top at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks. The show weaves acrobatics in a visually striking world driven by a stirring melodic score. Performances run through August 5th. Buy tickets to VOLTA

BASTILLE DAY '18

After 24 years, Eastern State Penitentiary is hosting its last Bastille Day celebration. The Bearded Ladies, an experimental cabaret troupe, will present the entire French Revolution in an hour-long spectacle of song, dance, and raining Tastykakes.
