Independence Day celebrations continue. Plus, celebrating Hispanic heritage and fun at the beach.

July 4th has come and gone, but the Independence Day celebrations continue. Tamala Edwards whips around the region for this weekend's best firework shows, beach activities and more.

THE FIREWORKS SHOWS CONTINUE (FREE)

Friday night, you can watch fireworks in Ambler, New Hope and Lambertville. And it doesn't stop there. Fireworks shows are planned Saturday night in Shillington, Egg Harbor City, Florence and Plumsted.

BASEBALL AND FIREWORKS

The Phillies host the San Diego Padres for a weekend series at Citizen Bank Park. And you'll have another chance to catch fireworks after Friday night's game.

WARPED TOUR TAKES THE STAGE

The Vans Warped Tour will rock the BB&T Pavilion on Friday. Dozens of bands will be playing at the traveling music festival.

HISPANIC FIESTA (FREE)

Latino culture and community will be celebrated at the Hispanic Fiesta at Penn's Landing. It takes place Saturday and Sunday. The event features music, dance, entertainment, ethnic foods and artisan crafts from nearly every Latin American countries.

WILDWOOD CREST SAND SCULTPING FESTIVAL (FREE)

Grab your buckets and shovels and head to the beach for the Wildwood Crest Sand Sculpting Festival. Amateur and semi-pro sand sculpting contests will take place at Heather Road on Saturday from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. The free event also includes live music, a magic show, beach games and more.
