"Years of Service" event

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Philadelphia police district is honoring many of its men and women in blue who've dedicated themselves to the force.

The 19th District hosted its "Years of Service" event Friday night in West Philadelphia.

As part of that, there was a ceremony for officers receiving promotions.
