SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Water Department crews continue to deal with water main breaks.

They reported to one Sunday night on the 2500 block of Montrose Street in South Philadelphia.

Residents say it started as a small bubble of water and became a steady stream.

Part of the street buckled.

The Water Department was out overnight to shut off the water.
