The NFL may have a suspect in the scandal that has put the New England Patriots under a cloud of scrutiny.

This morning the deflate-gate mystery deepens, just days before they're set to take on last year's Super Bowl champs, the Seattle Seahawks.

There are reports that the NFL has identified a Patriots locker room attendant who allegedly took footballs to another room inside Gillette Stadium before bringing them to the field.

The incident was reportedly caught on video.

The scandal is swirling as the team left snowy Boston and landed in Phoenix ahead of Sunday's big game.

Team owner Robert Kraft is angrily lashing out.

"If the Wells investigation is not able to definitively determine that our organization tampered with the air pressure on the footballs, I would expect and hope that the league would apologize to our entire team," said Kraft.

But coach Bill Belichick and quarterback Tom Brady are refusing to answer any mroe questions about how those footballs lost air.

"My attention is totally turned now and focused on the Seattle Seahawks," said Belichick.

With Super Bowl XLIX now just days away, the NFL says the big game will go on before its investigation is complete.
