Two high school football teams came together to help make one 18-year-old's dream come true.

VESTAVIA HILLS, Alabama (WPVI) -- Two high school football teams came together to help make one 18-year-old's dream come true.

Vestavia Hills High School senior Jake Pratt loves football. He also happens to have Down Syndrome.

Pratt was filmed by family and friends racing towards the end zone during their preseason jamboree, leaving his team mates and those from Briarwood Christian School eating his dust.

Pratt's sister, Amy Hyde, posted video on Twitter stating, "My brother, Jake, is 18 and a senior at Vestavia. He also happens to have Down Syndrome. Tonight 2 teams helped to make his dream come true!"

Jake celebrated his touchdown with a celebratory dance.
