Police in Upper Darby say a man has been arrested for at least three violent robberies within a week.

Thirty-six-year-old Braheem Rawlings turned himself in Tuesday.

In two robberies, police say the suspect allegedly beat up the workers before taking anything.

Investigators released surveillance video from the incident on Garrett and Avon streets.
The video shows the robber, cloaked in a black cloth, walk into the store and head behind the counter.

He immediately punched the worker, ordering him to fill up a bag with cash.

After hitting the clerk again the robber, who was armed with a knife, ran away from the store.

Police say he also robbed a small convenience store in the unit block of Long Lane.

In the third robbery he didn't hurt the store clerk, but he was armed.

He was identified, thanks to tips from the public.

Rawlings is now facing a slew of charges, including aggravated assault.
