A crash involving a tractor-trailer and pick-up truck has sent one person to the hospital in Woodstown, Salem County.

WOODSTOWN, N.J. (WPVI) -- A crash involving a tractor-trailer and pick-up truck has sent one person to the hospital in Woodstown, Salem County.

It happened around 5:30 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of East Avenue (Route 40).

One person was taken to the hospital with multiple injuries. So far, no word on that person's condition.

The crash occurred in front of Woodstown High School.

Students and motorists should expect detours on Route 40.
