Police say 3 people were hurt after a van and 2 vehicles collided on Grant Avenue at Roosevelt Boulevard.

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Three people are hospitalized after a crash along Roosevelt Boulevard in Northeast Philadelphia.

It happened before 5:30 a.m. Wednesday at Grant Avenue.

Police say a van and two other vehicles collided.

A 20-year-old man, his 18-year-old passenger, and a 56-year-old woman in another vehicle were all injured.

They were taken to area hospitals in stable condition.

The crash closed the southbound outer lanes of the Boulevard for more than 2 hours as medics treated the injured and police investigated.
