Motorcyclist killed in crash in Mount Laurel

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. -- Police say a motorcyclist has died after their bike crashed in Mount Laurel, New Jersey Saturday morning.

The crash occurred around 10:00 a.m. in the vicinity of Elbo Lane and Periwinkle Drive.

It's not clear why the victim left the roadway and crashed the motorcycle into a tree, police say.

Investigators are on the scene trying to find clues.

The identity of the victim has not been released.
