The Pennsylvania Turnpike in both directions between Fort Washington and Willow Grove has reopened after a crash involving an overturned tractor-trailer.

UPPER DUBLIN TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- The Pennsylvania Turnpike in both directions between Fort Washington and Willow Grove has reopened after a crash involving an overturned tractor-trailer.

The accident happened around 9:00 p.m. Wednesday in the westbound lanes near Virginia Drive in Upper Dublin Township.

Police say the truck flipped over and the cab landed in the eastbound lanes.

Two other vehicles were also involved.

No word on any injuries.

The area near the scene was closed in both directions until 3:00 a.m.

Eastbound traffic was detoured off at Fort Washington and the westbound lanes at Willow Grove.

No word what caused the truck to crash.
