Video released amid search for hit-and-run driver in West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police have released video of a hit and run in an effort to find the driver that critically injured a woman in West Philadelphia.

The incident happened on April 25 around 5 a.m.

The woman was hit while crossing 62nd Street near Webster Street.

She suffered a hemorrhage of the brain and other serious injuries.

The striking vehicle, a four-door sedan, did not stop.
