Silly speed signs grabbing attention

City officials in Hayward, California put silly speed signs up to encourage drivers to improve driver safety.

The snarky signs have slogans like "35...it's a speed limit, not a suggestion."

Other signs say "Downhill- use eyes, brakes, brain," and "cross the street, *then* update Facebook."
