Overweight passenger kicked off flight

A Jersey City man was kicked off his United flight because of his weight.

Errol Narvaez was returning home from Las Vegas when another passenger complained.

A supervisor appeared and asked him to leave.

Narvaez says he has no problem buying a second seat, which is what the airline requires if you cannot fit in just one.

But claims the implementation of United's policy wasn't consistent or clearly stated.
