WADSWORTH, Ill. (WPVI) -- A person is in custody after a police pursuit of a Greyhound bus near the Wisconsin-Illinois border.

Authorities received a report of a disorderly and possibly armed suspect on the bus.

Patrick Dodd was one of at least 50 people who witnessed it all. He says the man did pull out a weapon.

"We tried to get him to calm down. There was four or five people telling him he needs to sit back down, he refused to. That's when I was actually on the phone with 911, begging for help," said Dodd.

Police tossed down spike strips to try and stop the bus.

Once it finally stopped, another passenger says police had their weapons drawn on everyone.

Three hours later, they took the suspect away without anyone getting hurt.
