CLAYMONT, Del. -- High wind gusts are also a factor in Claymont, Delaware as folks cope with blizzard conditions.

And, just when you think the wind gusts are going to die down, they pick right back up.

So far, snow has measured over 10 inches.

Action News reporter Trish Hartman was there early Saturday morning, saying the roads were very clear as people seemed to be staying home.

However, by afternoon, more and more people were venturing out.

She caught up with a group cousins that were taking time to enjoy the snow.

They spent the day playing in the snow and just having fun.

Plow drivers continue to work hard to clear the roads.

A level 1 driving warning has been issued for the state of Delaware.

In Kent and New Castle counties a level 2 driving restrictions was issued.

This means only essential official personnel should be on the roads.
