Video shows woman stealing Halloween decorations

HOUSTON, Texas (WPVI) -- A woman was caught on surveillance camera stealing Halloween decorations from a porch in Houston, Texas.

The video shows the thief reaching up and pocketing $150 worth of decorations.

The homeowner said she did not report the theft to police.

She says police have better things to do than track down a petty thief.
