WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Three cars were trapped in high water on a road in Wilmington, Delaware during heavy rain on Monday morning.
The vehicles became partially submerged around 8:45 a.m. on the 4300 block of Governor Printz Blvd. in front of the Merchants Square Shopping Center.
Video from the Action Cam showed two cars stuck as tow truck operators pulled a third car out of the water.
Governor Printz Blvd. was closed from Edgemoor Road to just north of Lea Boulevard due to road flooding.
