TODAY: It's partly sunny, windy and cold today with bitter wind chills in the single digits in the morning and no better than the teens during the afternoon. Winds will gust between 35 and 45 mph at times. The high is 32, but of course, it will feel a lot colder.

TONIGHT: Clouds thicken and some light snow arrives in the evening between 8 and 10 p.m. and continues overnight. The low is 27.

THURSDAY: Any morning snow showers end early, probably around dawn. A coating to 1" is expected by then with a couple spots potentially going a little higher. However, roads and sidewalks could still be slick during the morning commute, especially where surfaces were not treated overnight. Clouds will give way to partial sunshine later in the morning and afternoon with less wind than Wednesday and a somewhat milder high around 38.

FRIDAY: It's mostly cloudy and colder with our high dropping to 34.

SATURDAY: It now appears as though clouds will have a hard time breaking for the start of the weekend. We're going with a mostly cloudy sky cover and a chilly high of 38.

SUNDAY: It's mostly cloudy again with some light rain possible during the afternoon and evening. The high is still cool: 42.

MONDAY: Clouds give way to increasing sunshine and even though we begin the morning with cold temperatures in the low to mid 30s, the afternoon turns a lot milder with our high zooming up to 50.

TUESDAY: Look for a partly sunny, pleasant afternoon with another high around 50.

WEDNESDAY: Sun mixes with clouds and a few flurries are possible. The high dips to 44.
