Delaware Valley residents woke up to an icy coating Wednesday morning, but warmer temps were expected to help road conditions as the day progressed.

Speed restrictions on several of the major roadways had been lifted by sunrise.

Meantime, AccuWeather was tracking rain, fog then snow for Wednesday night into Thursday.
