Nor'easter moves into Delco, still recovering from 1st storm

RIDLEY TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- The plows were out since well before the sun came out Wednesday in Delaware County.

It didn't take long for the snow to start to stick to power lines and trees in Havertown.

Road and sidewalks at Eagle and Darby roads became covered in snow.

One-third of Delaware County lost power when the first nor'easter hit last Friday.

PECO reported some 3,800 still have not had their power restored.
