A young girl in Mississippi overheard her parents talking about a trip to Houston, so she offered to donate her doll with a sweet note. Her parents are Hurricane Katrina survivors.

HOUSTON -- In the midst of a devastating storm, Houstonians found reasons to smile and even laugh.
