The PPA will offer $5 parking in select Center City garages during the snow emergency. The discounted parking starts at 6:00 a.m. Thursday in the following locations:

-Family Courthouse Parking Lot (15th & Arch Streets)

-AutoPark at Independence Mall (5th & Market Streets)

-AutoPark at Old City (2nd & Sansom Streets)

Regular Thursday trash and recycling collections have been canceled and residents are urged to hold their trash until next week. Friday trash collection will take place as usual.
