Storm washes buoy ashore in Ocean City

OCEAN CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- High winds were swirling the sand and snow on the beach during the snowstorm in Ocean City, New Jersey, but that wasn't the only demonstration of the storm's power.

An enormous red weather buoy was stranded on the beach Saturday afternoon.
