VIDEO: Surprise storm proposal at Philadelphia Museum of Art

FAIRMOUNT PARK (WPVI) -- Mike Cangi surprised his girlfriend, Katie Perigo, with a marriage proposal Saturday at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

The couple was enjoying some fun in the snow on the museum steps when Cangi popped the question.
