TRENTON, N.J. (WPVI) -- A 58-year-old woman is dead, and a 14-year-old girl is injured after a shooting in Trenton, New Jersey Friday afternoon.

The shooting happened around 3:10 p.m. Friday on the unit block of Carver Lane.

When police arrived to the scene there were no victims.

However, both victims had been driven by a private auto to Capital Health Regional Medical Center.

The woman, identified as Wilma Rutledge died from her injuries. The teen suffered wounds to her abdomen and arm. She is in stable condition.

So far, there are no arrests or word on a motive.

Police have not said if the victims are related or the intended targets.
