WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Twenty-four hours after a major water main break in Montgomery County, crews were still working in West Conshohocken.

It happened around 6 a.m. Tuesday under Balligomingo Road near Front Street.

The massive 30-inch main burst causing the road to buckle and power lines to come down.

The Summerwood Corporation building suffered flooding damage once the water came gushing downhill.

"Flooded everything out here, came through the building and out the back door. We are going to run off a generator and they are going to have to work around the clock to get that fixed," Pete Toner of the Summerwood Corporation said.

If homes weren't flooded, they most likely saw a loss of power and water service.

About 1,000 customers saw their service interrupted just after the main ruptured.

By noon Wednesday, 110 homes were still reported to be without water. Service is expected to be restored between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
