1 injured in house fire in Abington

ABINGTON, Pa. (WPVI) -- One person was injured in a house fire in Abington early Thursday.

The fire broke out around 1:30 a.m. at a home on the 1600 block of Crestview Avenue.

It took fire crews more than an hour to bring the flames under control.

Officials said one person was taken to the hospital with burns.

There is no word on their condition at this time.
