Wilmington "Purpose Built Community."

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Wilmington mayor Mike Purzycki and Delaware governor John Carney were on hand Tuesday for the announcement of a major community redevelopment plan.

The Wilmington Riverside neighborhood project has been designated as a "Purpose Built Community."

Purzycki says 100 million dollars will be infused into the project to help revitalize the area.
