Man killed in Northeast Philadelphia hit-and-run

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run in Northeast Philadelphia.

It happened around 9:00 p.m. Friday on North Roosevelt Boulevard and Welsh Road.

Police said a 24-year-old man was struck and killed in the inner lanes.

The vehicle did not stop.

Police are currently investigating.
