Wilmington police officer charged with theft, forgery

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- 40-year-old Roberta Harlow, a nine-year veteran of the Wilmington Police Department, is facing theft and forgery charges.

Harlow was arrested Tuesday following a nine month investigation that stemmed from a Delaware beach rental property agreement.

She faces five counts of theft by false pretense, and forgery.

Harlow was released on bond and has been suspended without pay.
