Suspect sought in Bella Vista bicycle theft

BELLA VISTA -- Philadelphia police are searching for a thief who stole a bicycle in the city's Bella Vista section.

The suspect was caught on surveillance cutting the lock off a bicycle on the 1100 block of East Passyunk Avenue back on October 5.

After freeing the bike, he fled towards the 800 block of Washington Avenue.
