Man shot dead in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Police say a man in his 20s was shot dead on a Wilmington, Delaware street.

The shooting happened around 11 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Lower Oak Street.

The victim was shot once in head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

There was no immediate word what led to the shooting.

Police have made no arrests.
