Fire breaks out at South Philadelphia building

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Firefighters battled a fire in a South Philadelphia building.

The fire broke out around 3:40 p.m. Tuesday at 16th and Ritner streets.

There were initial reports of people being trapped inside the building, but Action News has not confirmed that to be the case as of yet.

No injuries have been reported at this time.
