Man critical after North Philadelphia shooting

Police are investigating an overnight shooting that left a 25-year-old man critically injured in North Philadelphia.

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating an overnight shooting that left a 25-year-old man critically injured in North Philadelphia.

The shooting happened around 3 a.m. in the 1600 block of Swain Street.

Police said the victim was struck in his neck, chest and legs.

He was taken by private vehicle to Hahnemann University Hospital for surgery. He is listed in critical condition.

Two males have been taken in for questioning, but police said they have not charged anyone so far.
