Gifts for the seriously ill

AMBLER, Pa. (WPVI) -- The true meaning of the holiday was in full effect in Montgomery County Thursday.

Action News was at the Wissahickon Fire Company in Ambler as bags full of gifts arrived for families with seriously ill or disabled children in the tri-state area.

It's a part of the Holiday Adopt-A-Family Program which was created by the Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund.

Unwrapped gifts are collected, then delivered to families to ensure they have a joyous holiday.
