CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- A fire damaged a building in Center City, Philadelphia early Thursday morning.
The flames broke out before 3 a.m. on the 200 block of South 13th Street.
Firefighters did a sweep of the third floor, where the blaze started.
The fire was placed under control within a half hour.
There were no reports of any injuries.
So far, no word on what sparked the blaze.
