VIDEO: 500 city kids receive new coats

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- More than 500 coats were handed out Sunday to needy kids in Philadelphia.

The Action Cam was in East Falls as the young ones got to pick out their new winter jackets.

Eagles running back Darren Sproles was also there signing autographs and greeting fans.

The event was held at the Abbotsford Community Center.

Former NFL player, Curtis Brinkley, who grew up in Abbotsford Homes, helped organize this giveaway.
