Dozens of young men from Chester gave a big thank you to an important supporter.
50 Members of the Chester High Achievement Mentoring Program surprised Mayor Thaddeus Kirkland with an award during today's city council meeting.
The award is in appreciation of Kirkland's support for the program, which instills career and educational values in young men.
The program started with 14 young men, and now has 160 members.
