Mayor Jim Kenney weighs in on upcoming local elections, '23 Mayoral race

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney speaks with 6abc's Matt O'Donnell for an Inside Story digital exclusive on the 2022 Pennsylvania elections.

Matt asked Kenney for his opinion on the upcoming votes for governor and senate and how he feels the Democrats will fair in the Midterms.

They also discussed the new $5.8 billion city budget and the upcoming Mayoral race to replace Kenney in 2023.
