Women To Watch Series: Dr. Sheila Robinson, Founder of Diversity Woman Media

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- "It's important to remember that we all have unconscious bias, even me, an African American woman who has spent her entire career devoted to the advancement of women." -Dr. Sheila Robinson

Dr. Robinson grew up the youngest of three girls and lost her father when she was ten years old.

Her mother would go on to become the driving force behind Sheila's path toward education, research and her devotion to assisting in the advancement of all women.

"Work for what you want," her mom would tell her.
