Montgomery Twp. man faces child pornography charges

MONTGOMERY TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A Montgomery Township man was arrested for child pornography after police got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

That tip back in March led to the recent arrest of 43-year-old Russell Gellman.

Police say an inappropriate photo uploaded to a computer was traced to Gellman's email address.

He is now out on bail.

Gellman can't have any unsupervised contact with children and he cannot use the internet.
