Man critical after North Philadelphia shooting

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man is critical after a shooting in North Philadelphia.

It happened shortly after 6 p.m. Thursday at 2nd and Ontario streets.

Police say someone opened fire on the street, hitting a 21-year-old man in the back, thigh and ankle.

The victim was rushed to Temple University Hospital by responding officers.

No arrests have been made, and no weapon recovered.

Police are investigating.
