Man shot in North Philadelphia attempted robbery

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man is in critical condition after getting shot in the back on a North Philadelphia street.

It happened around 2:30 a.m. Sunday on the 200 block of West Cornwall Street.

Police say the man was shot during an attempted robbery.

The victim was taken to Temple University Hospital for care.

No arrests have been made.
