LOGAN (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney stopped by a school Monday morning that's taking part in the city's new preschool initiative.
He met with the director and toured classrooms at the Johnson Childcare Center and Preschool in Logan.
Because of the PHL-Pre-K initiative, this school will be able to expand to more than 90 students in January.
The pre-k program is expected to be paid for through funds from the beverage tax.
